Gatorade Endurance Energy Gels (Blackberry and Vanilla) will be available at Packet Pick-Up. Volunteers will distribute one gel packet to each athlete at the T-Shirt and Goodie Bag tent. Gatorade Endurance Energy Gels provide 20g of carb energy, natural flavors, a light texture and taste.

Did you know? From start to finish, the average runner in a 10K will go through approximately 4 – 6 paper cups throughout the course of their race. If you multiply that by the 2000+ racers participating in the NYC Triathlon, you get a lot of cups!

This year we are working to reduce our environmental footprint by putting a reusable alternative into the hands of our Triathletes – all registered athletes will receive a HydraPak SpeedCup in their goodie bag for use at the touchless run course aid stations.

Athletes must bring their HydraPak cup, or their own reusable water bottle, with them on the run course in order to refill with water or Gatorade during the race.

This race will utilize the EAS system, encompassing a color-coded system to reveal current event conditions. Participants will notice flags posted throughout the Race Venue, at the Finish Line and at each Aid Station on Race Day. EAS updates will be communicated through PA announcements, social media, web posts and/or dedicated emails.
