Bike Shipping Details

As part of the Life Time Tri Championship event experience, we are proud to unveil bike shipping details — easily the most valuable incentive for those qualifying into the July 19, 2020 event in New York City. The program will proudly be managed by TriBike Transport (TBT), the industry leader in safe, efficient and dependable transportation and logistics. Qualifiers across the country receive TBT’s fully assembled bike transport service to/from the TBT bike corral located near the transition area within New York City’s Riverside Park.

How It Works

The program couldn’t be simpler. Championship qualifiers will find the “New York City Triathlon” within the TriBike Transport Event Calendar, where they select from more than 65 local partner bike shops as their preferred drop-off location. The system will indicate an approximate drop-off date and retailer address for athletes to deliver their bike.Qualifiers will receive a code redeemable for one complimentary Fully Assembled Transport service within TBT’s online reservation system. Athletes may opt-into additional services (transport Wheel or Gear bags) at their own expense. On the requested drop-off date, athletes must drop their bikes (fully assembled) to the respective pick-up location. The bikes will be professionally loaded onboard TBT’s truck, then transported to the Transition Area within Riverside Park for pick-up beginning Friday afternoon of race weekend.Following Sunday’s event, athletes can drop-off their bikes to TriBike Transport’s same Riverside Park location between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. TBT’s team will then transport the bikes to the point of origin, where athletes must reclaim their equipment. Approximate return dates will be announced as the event draws near.
