Meet Your Coaches

Kelly Mumber
Studio & Yoga Performer
Life Time Bridgewater

An avid runner, it did not take long for Kelly to discover the exciting world of triathlon. Her first foray at multi-sport racing was Iron Girl in 2016, competing in the duathlon distance – that race lit a fire and she began to develop her skills on the bike and added swimming to her training. She competed in her first Sprint at NJ State in 2017. She continued training, worked with swim coach Kevin Petto at Life Time Bridgewater and finally built her confidence to advance into the Olympic Distance, which she also completed at NJ State in 2021. Following that, she trained for and completed her first 70.3 Ironman in Atlantic City. In September, she will be competing in her first full Ironman in Maryland. 

Kelly has always had a passion for helping others find strength and confidence in their fitness journeys. She is currently beginning to build a Triathlon Community in the Bridgewater Club and is looking forward to assisting other endurance athletes in their growth.

Life Time Syosset

Laura is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition, who’s Master’s Thesis was published in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and studied nutritional supplement use among people who exercise in a gym.  She is also a Triathlon, Cycling and Run coach who has trained many athletes for races from 5k to marathon and sprint triathlon to Ironman. Laura has raced the NYC Triathlon 2 times and is very excited to complete it again this year. In total, she has completed 4 Ironman races and approximately 20 marathons. Even her kids are Triathletes!!  Certifications include:

  • CES – NASM
  • CPT – NPTI
  • IRONMAN Coaching Certification – IRONMAN University
  • USA Triathlon Certified Coach – USA Triathlon (USAT)
  • Registered Dietitian, Masters in Sports Nutrition
  • USA Cycling Certified Coach
  • UESCA Certified Run Coach
