Volunteer in 2013; receive a guaranteed entry into the 2014 race!
All Volunteers that complete their volunteer shift during the 2013 race*, receive guaranteed entry into the 2014 race.
Guaranteed entries explained:
A guaranteed entry means you get the opportunity to register for the 2014 race before the lottery opens, and therefore are guaranteed a spot in the race. You MUST register during the time frame we specify. It DOES NOT mean that you get free entry into the race.
Can I volunteer and give my guaranteed entry to a friend/family member?
Yes! Simply forward your registration email (sent before the lottery opens) to your friend/family member. Any guaranteed entry recipient who is found to have sold their guaranteed entry will be permanently banned from competing in the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon.
*In order to complete your shift, you must work your shift in its entirety (at least 5 hours if shift is longer than 5 hours) AND sign in & out at your designated location. Failure to sign in & out of your shift will not put you on our list of guaranteed entries.
