The host hotel for 2010 is the Hilton New York, located at 1335 Avenue of the Americas (53rd street and 6th avenue). The Hilton New York will feature the Health and Fitness Expo and is the site of race briefings and athlete packet pickup.

The Hilton will also feature the 2010 athlete room block, with a reduced rate for Nautica NYC Triathlon participants and their families.
