PROGRAMMING

  • Running Clinic with Joshua Levin-Soler (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date:
    Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm, 4 weeks, April 21st-May 12th
    Details: Would you like to improve your running form? Are you in need of a gentle push to start running again? This once a week 90-minute clinic will begin with a brief lecture followed by a running session on the track (weather permitting) or the treadmills.
    Cost: Members $200.00 non-members $250.00

  • Outdoor “Women Only” Triathlon Training with Maria Mason (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date: Mondays and Thursdays, 6:30-8:00am (5:30am on bike days so Central Park is available), 5 weeks, May 1st– June 9th
    Details: Putting all three disciplines together can seem daunting to a beginner. This 5 week session will focus mainly on bricks and transitions, with bike rides in Central Park.This twice a week workshop will help build your endurance towards our In-House Tri on June 12th.
    Cost: Members: $300.00 non-members: $360.00

  • Central Park Bike/Run with Scott Cohen ( USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date:
    Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM, 4 weeks, May 27th- June 16th
    Details: Bike/Run is an outdoor class that combines cycling and running with the goal of introducing multisport training techniques to athletes seeking to achieve greater fitness.
    Benefits include greater mental preparation, stamina, endurance, and building more confidence.
    Cost: Members $200.00 non-members $250.00
  • One Day Brick Workout with Joshua Levin-Soler (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date: Thursday, May 29th, 7:00-9:00pm
    Details: Are you up for the challenge? Join Coach Josh Levin-Soler for this intense two hour interval class. Participants will be transitioning from biking on our indoor cycles to running on our 1/6 of mile elevated track. Get a taste of what multi-sport training is all about. Space is limited to 10 participants.
    Cost: Members: $50.00 non-members: $75.00
  • Women Only Tri Bootcamp in Central Park with Maria Mason (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date: Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30-9:00am, 3 weeks, June 16th – July 3rd
    Details: Keep your core strong for your races with this bootcamp for triathletes. Postural and sports specific stretches will be the focus with intensive multi-planar stabilizing and strengthening drills. Bring your water bottle and be ready to work hard and sweat! (All athletes will meet in the lobby of Reebok Sports Club/NY)
    Cost: Members: $220.00 non-members: $280.00

  • In-House “Women Only” First Triathlon with Maria Mason (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date: Thursday, June 12th, 7:30-9:00am
    Details: Come experience your first triathlon. Challenge yourself by swimming ½ mile, biking 12 miles and running 3 miles. Complete this sprint triathlon distance race while in a nurturing and supportive environment. Weather permitting, biking and running will take place in Central Park. In case of inclement weather, all disciplines will take place inside the Reebok Sports Club/NY.
    Cost: Complimentary for Members and non-members participating in Maria Mason’s triathlon training. $50.00 for all others.

 LECTURES

  • The ABCs of Triathlon lecture with Scott Cohen (USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach)
    Date:
    Tuesday, May 20th – 7:00-8:30 PM
    Details: Everything you wanted to know about Triathlon training and were afraid to ask. 
        Multi-sports and Ironman athlete Scott Cohen will discuss:
      • Training for multi-sport events
      • What to expect if you’re a “newbie”
      • First season goal setting
      • What to wear and where to purchase it
      • Addressing pre-race anxiety

        Cost: Complimentary to Members and Tri-training participants.
