The Nautica New York City Triathlon race organizer John Korff and race Medical Directors, Dr. Josef Geldwert and Dr. Mark Klion will be hosting two information and medical symposiums in the months leading up to the race. Join us to learn about NYC Tri race insight, injury prevention, dealing with exting injuries, as well as proper triathlon nutrition. Plus, we'll answer any race day logisitical questions and raffle off a free race entry to either the 2010 or 2011 Nautica NYC Triathlon!

 

The Medical Panel will include:

Dr. Alexis Colvin: Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery

Lauren Antonucci: Board Certified Sports Nutritionist, Nutrion Energy

Michael Conlon: Liscensed Physical Therapist, Finish Line PT

Stephanie Habif: Sports Psycology Consultant

 

Cost:        Free and open to the public but you must sign up. Space is limited!
