Vitamin Shoppe Hydration Stations will provide water and Cytomax in the following locations

Swim start
- Transition run in / run out
- Run course - Mile 1, Mile 2, Mile 3, Mile 4, Mile 5
- Finish line
Clif Bar will provide CLIF SHOT Energy Gels at the first Central Park aid station along the run course. The flavors available will be Mocha, Vanilla, Razz, and Citrus.
